We pride ourselves on making sure animals travel as well as our passengers.
Animal in hold service
All animals transported on Icelandair travel in a special climate-controlled hold area of the aircraft. For travels with your service dog, please visit our traveling with service animal page.
International
Animals are welcome in the hold. Ensure compliance with all destination health and entry requirements.
Domestic
Animals are allowed in the hold on all domestic routes. Include your furry friends in your travel plans!
Greenland
Unfortunately, animal transportation is not possible on passenger flights to and from Greenland.
Faroe Islands
Animals are welcome on flights to and from the Faroe Islands in the hold, following travel guidelines.
