Requesting seats on Icelandair

You can request your seats using "My trips" if you booked directly with us on our website or through our customer center. Please log in to My Trips here.

If you booked your Icelandair flights with a 3rd party provider ( i.e. a travel agent, an online travel agency or other airlines), or if you are unable to access “My trips”, please fill in the form below and we will process your request within 48 hours.*

If your flight is open for online check-in (24-36 hours before departure), you can go directly to check-in to select your seats

*We reserve the right to modify seat requests at any time for operational and/or safety reasons.
